As a counselor, you’ll need patience, flexibility, and endurance for long, high-energy days dedicated to serving others. The role involves creating a fun and challenging environment to foster relationships and build camper confidence. While not required, one to two years of experience working with children or prior Camper in Leadership Training is preferred. All new staff must attend Staff Training Week, and priority is given to applicants available from early June to mid-August.
