Description
Lead impactful programs for children with serious illnesses and disabilities at one of three Georgia campuses. This role is a great fit for educators, offering hands-on experience in leadership, group facilitation, and trauma-informed care.
As a Summer Program Leader, you’ll live on-site and facilitate activities like woodworking, climbing, and horseback riding for campers aged 6-17. Staff work alongside clinicians and other professionals, gaining experience with pediatric illnesses and disabilities. While no prior experience is required, a minimum commitment of six weeks is necessary. You will develop critical skills in leadership, problem-solving, and communication while living in a shared, air-conditioned cabin with other staff. Applicants should confirm specific dates and compensation directly with Camp Twin Lakes.
