Outdoor Adventure & Ropes Instructor · Summer 2027

Description

Teach climbing wall, high ropes, low ropes and outdoor adventure on Lake Ashmere. From $2,300 plus travel, room and board.

Camp Danbee wants instructors with extensive knowledge of climbing wall, high and low ropes and outdoor adventure programming. You serve a dual role as cabin counselor (living with one to three co-counselors and 10–12 campers) and program instructor, preparing and leading lessons in your area. Male instructors do not live in cabins with campers and take on other duties outside instruction. Danbee says salary starts at $2,300 for a college freshman and increases from there, plus a travel allowance, room, board and staff T-shirts; paid internship credit can be arranged with your college.
